This elegant peaty single malt was matured in a mix of new locally assembled Oak Hogsheads as well as Ex-Bourbon and Ex-Sherry Casks.

Tasting Note

Nose

Rich vanilla, floral scents, caramel and fruity tones.

Velvety smooth, toffee, light peat, minty, spicy with notes of honey.  

Finish

Well-balanced, creamy, bittersweet, peaty.
