Delivery Information

How Our Alcohol Delivery Works

We are dedicated to ensuring the safe and secure delivery of your orders. Every package is handled with meticulous care to guarantee its safe arrival.

Standard Delivery 

  • For deliveries within the Klang Valley, we charge a flat rate of RM19.
  • For locations outside the Klang Valley, the delivery charge is a flat rate of RM29.
You can expect your order to arrive within 2-5 working days.
We will provide you with a tracking number via WhatsApp or email once your order has been dispatched.

Express Delivery / Same-Day Delivery

Express delivery within Klang Valley only.

RM39 flat rate, same-day delivery order must be placed before 4pm. Any order made after 4pm will be delivered the next day.

Arrival by Monday to Saturday 11am - 6pm.

For Express Delivery, please Whatsapp us a+6016 2609028 and we will proceed accordingly.

 

Free Standard Delivery 

We provide free standard delivery for order above RM1,500 within Peninsular Malaysia.

 

Delivery Delays

If any unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or events beyond our control cause any delays, we will make every effort to promptly inform all affected customers.

 

Changing Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us at +6016 2609028 or support@whiskygallery.com.my as soon as possible; and we will try our best to rearrange the scheduled delivery.

However, please be aware that we cannot make any amendments once an order has been shipped.

 

Damaged Packages / Incomplete Order / Lost in Delivery

We will do everything we can if a product had been damaged while in transit. To help us processing the issue smoothly, please kindly contact us us at +6016 2609028 or support@whiskygallery.com.my immediately, within a week from the arrival of the package with photos of 1) the damage on the item, 2) the damage on the packaging/outer box.

We will work with the courier to look into the issue, and for you we'll either issue a refund or post a replacement of the product.
