Distilled in the Auchentoshan distillery in 1997 and matured for 25 years, this whisky is an example of the Lowland distillery's signature triple distillation process, which results in an exceptionally smooth and refined spirit. Tasting Note

Nose

Aromas of honey and cream are evident early on in the nose. Clean mint and citrus notes are added later.

Palate

Still minty and silky smooth - now with autumn fruit, crushed sugar and spices.

Finish

The fruity finish is subtly caramelized, with honey and barley as well as cocoa and oak.
