The sixth and final release in The Macallan Harmony Collection, Inspired by Toasted Coconut explores a distinctive flavour rarely found in The Macallan’s single malt Scotch whisky. Through meticulous cask selection and maturation expertise, The Macallan Whisky Mastery Team has brought forward the natural coconut character of American oak, creating a richer expression with notes of toasted coconut, crème caramel, and white chocolate.

Matured predominantly in virgin American oak casks, with the influence of bourbon casks helping to refine the whisky, this expression balances warm, indulgent flavours with the character of The Macallan. The presentation box incorporates discarded coconut fibres, continuing the Harmony Collection’s commitment to giving organic by-products a new purpose. A fitting final chapter for the series, it highlights the creativity and craftsmanship behind an unexpected side of The Macallan’s house style.
