The second release from the Macallan Edition series is a collaboration between master blender Bob Delgarno and legendary Spanish chefs Joan, Josep and Jordi Roca, drawn from a combination of sherry puncheons, butts and refill hogsheads.

Tasting Note

Nose

Treacle, ginger, toffee, apples, rich fruit, layers of vanilla, tropical fruit, subtle green wood.

Palate

Cracked black pepper, spice, cloves, chocolate, nuts, oak, brown sugar, liquorice, brandy snaps.

Finish

Full, slow, warm, viscous.
