The Macallan 12 Year Old Gran Reserva was a special release exclusive to the Japanese and Taiwanese markets in 2007.
While 90,000 bottles were released then, it has been one of the hugely popular bottlings being a rich, dark and a delicious 12 Year Old to come out of this famous Speyside distillery.
Matured in first-fill Oloroso Sherry oak casks this delivers deep and rich notes of sherried fruits, dark chocolate and a range of spices. An increasingly difficult bottle to find.
