Chita Sakura Cask Finish Blend / ABV: 56%

A single grain whisky distilled at the Chita Distillery and finished in Sakura wood casks.

Rice Whisky / ABV: 50%

This is Suntory's inaugural release of a rice whisky, adding a unique element to their portfolio. Produced at the Osumi Sake Brewery, which is typically used for sake and shochu production. This whisky is made using rice as the main ingredient, saccharified with malt, fermented, and then distilled.

The set is part of the Essence of Suntory Volume 4 release and showcases the innovative use of different cask finishes and ingredients in Japanese whisky production.
