Sullivans Cove XO Double Cask Brandy was born from a collaboration between Sullivans Cove Distillery and the thriving Tasmanian wine industry, when ten years ago we were given the opportunity to distill wines from the Huon Valley. The result is a spirit of incredible depth and character, matured for many years by the unique Tasmanian climate.

This Double Cask expression is a marriage of brandies aged from eight to ten years in various European and American oak casks, lending a complexity and nuance of flavour unmatched in Australian brandy. Perfect for sipping after a meal, pairing with your favourite cigar or in a decadent classic cocktail, this versatile brandy is custom built for lovers of all fine dark spirits.
