Tasting Note

Nose

Subtle fruit (apricot, peach). A little vanilla and smoke. Wet hay. Mineral. About fifteen minutes later, it moves on to white fruits (apple, pear) and even more minerality. Then it evolves further towards lemon and chalk.

Palate

Austere. Very mineral. Lemon, pepper.

Finish

Long, similar. After 20 minutes, it feels like sucking on a stone.
