A rare Springbank selected by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society, distilled in 1998 and bottled at cask strength after 15 years as Society cask 27.104, nicknamed “Cowboy’s Delight.” Drawn from a single cask, it captures Springbank’s unique balance of maritime freshness, malty depth, and gentle smoke — a bold Campbeltown malt for adventurous palates.

Tasting Note

Nose
Rich malt and warm leather saddle, with hints of vanilla pods, sweet hay, and a salty breeze.

Palate
Robust and oily, opening with toffee and toasted nuts, followed by soft smoke, dried herbs, and a touch of brine.

Finish
Long and earthy, with lingering saddle leather, malt sweetness, and a trace of campfire embers.
