A remarkable release from the Singleton of Dufftown. This single malt combines whiskies matured for an impressive 25 years in a combination of sherry oak and ex-bourbon casks, expertly hand-picked from the Dufftown's older stock by its Master of Malts, Maureen Robinson, and her team. The whiskies are then harmonised in toasted American oak casks, in what the team dub the 'Trinity Cask Harmony' process. A beautiful symphony of distilling prowess and cask influence, this is an exquisite expression!

Tasting Note

Aromas of tropical fruit, baking spices and honey fill the nose, complemented by notes of ginger, pears, pineapple, passionfruit and apple throughout the palate.
