Well, look at this! A glorious 21 year old single malt from the Singleton of Dufftown, this expression showcases the expertise of its Master of Malts, Maureen Robinson. Uniting a trio of different cask styles – Oloroso seasoned Pedro-Ximenez casks and ex-bourbon casks are hand-selected from the Dufftown archives and the single malt is married in European Oak casks, thus following the Singleton's 'Trinity Cask Harmony' process. The result is a gloriously rich and mesmerising dram with exceptional balance, amping up that Dufftown deliciousness delightfully!

Tasting Note

This is a richly honeyed dram filled with aromas of ginger, oranges and crunchy red apples that give way to a palate of stewed fruit, treacle toffee and berries.
