Tasting Note

Nose

The aroma is sweet and fruity, with notes of caramel, green apple, lemon/lime citrus, and a honey cinnamon backdrop. It also shares vanilla notes with the Prologue K.

Palate

The initial taste is peaty, quickly transitioning to cinnamon sugar and honey. White pepper adds heat, and water brings out more fruitiness, such as orange slices. The woodiness comes later and is on par with Prologue K.

Finish

The finish is long, with fading notes of lemon sponge cake and candied ginger. It is bittersweet with oak and a faint peat finish.

Body

Medium body with a rich and complex profile, balancing sweetness, fruitiness, and peat.
