Nose

A richly spiced character woven into delicious vanilla.

Palate

Layer upon layers of sweet stewed fruit and dark chocolate fused with nutmeg and cinnamon, much of which can be attributed to years slumbering in Spanish sherry butts.

Finish

A burst of zesty orange with fresh ginger ,cocoa and rich fruitcake.
