Crafted on the remote Isle of Raasay, located off the west coast of Scotland, this single malt represents the island’s unique character — combining lightly peated spirit with a carefully designed six-cask maturation recipe.

The whisky combines spirit matured separately in first-fill Rye whisky casks, fresh Chinkapin oak casks, and first-fill Bordeaux red wine casks, creating a distinctive profile of gentle peat smoke, rich fruit character and elegant oak influence.

Tasting Notes

Nose
Fresh citrus, green apple, pear and honey, with floral sweetness and a hint of peat smoke.

Palate
Smooth layers of toffee, vanilla, dried fruits and orchard fruits, followed by gentle oak spice and subtle maritime notes.

Finish
A lingering finish of soft smoke, sea salt, black pepper and sweet oak.
