“Qinghua Lang” is a premium sauce-aroma Baijiu crafted by the Langjiu distillery in Sichuan’s historic distilling region of Gulin. With its glutinous sorghum base, wheat-derived starter, and mountain spring water, this spirit is produced using traditional solid-state fermentation, multiple distillations, and extended maturation. It stands among the high-end offerings of the Langjiu portfolio, reflecting refined craftsmanship and an elevated aromatic profile.

Tasting Note

Nose
An inviting and layered opening of roasted sorghum grain, bean-curd and soy-bean paste aromas, followed by a subtle mineral breeze and the impression of distant sea-salt.

Palate
Smooth entry leads into mid-palate richness with toasted cereal, caramelised nuts and gentle bean-paste sweetness; the texture is full and balanced, with firm drive and controlled warmth.

Finish
Lingering and dignified: the finish evolves with slow-fading roasted grain, a touch of spice, and persistent aroma that remains in the glass long after pouring.
