Prince Polignac XO Royal Cognac

Originally released in 2011, this is aged for a minimum of ten years in French oak made from a voluptuous blend of Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne eaux-de-vie- a beautiful combination of the two finest growing regions of Cognac.

Named after one of France's oldest noble families, Prince Hubert de Polignac Cognac was introduced in 1947 when Prince Hubert allowed Cognac producer Mounier to use his name. After registering the trademark, the Prince traveled the world to promote the brand, sealing its association with royalty, adventure, and luxury. Today, the Cognac continues to win awards, with a legacy spanning over 60 years.

Tasting Note

Nose

Initially, a union of almond and gingerbread. After a while, a mature bouquet develops, with inimitable notes of candied citrus fruit, vanilla wood and spices.

Palate

The complex flavors develop slowly in the glass: spicy, tannic, tropical and woody, this is a treat for the senses.
