The Prince Hubert de Polignac Extra Cognac is an award-winning, 'extra' quality blend made solely from eaux-de-vie grown in the Premier Cru of the Cognac region - Grande Champagne.  This blend of very old eaux-de-vie aged in Limousin oak has led to an extraordinarily mellow Cognac, one that truly has to be tasted to be believed. As one would expect, it delights with a rich taste of rancio, only found when the barrels have been allowed to work their magic for many years in a dark Charentais cellar.

Tasting Note

Nose

Mellow, round and complex. Luscious hints of fruits, spices, and cigar boxes rise out of the glass, enveloping the senses. 

Palate

Balsawood and cloves give way to a delicious taste of rancio, leading to a long and satisfying finish.
