Tasting Note

Nose

A bold burst of V.A. reveals blackberries, blackcurrant reduction, fennel, and dark chocolate, with charcoaled lamb fat and wagyu highlighting the Shiraz DNA. Earthy mahogany and lacquer notes add depth, while youthful fruit wrestles with the wine’s dense power.

Palate

Layers of chocolate, custard, wild raspberry, and redcurrant intertwine with hints of mushroom pâté and sarsaparilla. Liquorice adds depth, while a seamless balance of tannin, acidity, oak, and fruit leads to a long, evolving finish, ensuring decades of discovery.
