Tasting Note

Nose

Instantly cabernet with violet, lavender, blue fruits, and red apple blossom. Additional notes of Danish pastry, rye crust, Mediterranean ratatouille, new-buck leather, and cedar, with oak subtly supporting the fruit.

Palate

Medium-bodied and well-balanced, featuring juicy redcurrant, dark plum, and fresh rhubarb. The acidity is lively, tannins are smooth like polished graphite, and the oak is seamlessly integrated, allowing the cabernet's natural definition to shine.
