Old Particular Port Dundas 16 Year Old 2004

This sizzling 16 year old Lowland single grain whisky was laid to rest at the now-silent Port Dundas distillery in July 2004 and bottled for Douglas Laing's Old Particular series in December 2020. One of just 343 bottles, this whisky was finished in a Pedro Ximénez Sherry Butt which adds further complexity and sherry spice notes to the whisky.

Nose

Orchid fruits and rich sherry spice. 

Palate

Ginger and spice pair with orchard fruits. 

Finish

Dark Chocolate notes with a light spice from the PX cask finish.
