This is a rare Speyside single malt from Longmorn, independently bottled by Douglas Laing under the Old Particular range. Distilled in a single cask and matured for 21 years in a refill hogshead, it was bottled at natural cask strength with only 265 bottles produced worldwide.

A classic Longmorn style—elegant, fruity, and complex—enhanced by long maturation in a refill cask, which allows the distillate character to shine rather than being overly dominated by wood influence.

Tasting Notes

Nose

Orchard fruits, vanilla, honey, light oak, and citrus peel.

Palate

Pear, green apple, malt sweetness, toffee, and gentle spice.

Finish

Long, smooth, and balanced with soft oak, fruit sweetness, and light nutty notes.
