This familiar grey tube design indicates that we have some yummy single grain whisky from Douglas Laing's Old Particular range! Drawn from a single refill butt, this release was distilled at Invergordon in 1994.

Tasting Note

A brioche loaf and baking spices are complemented by a savory hint of pastrami bark. Golden syrup and butterscotch emerge from the rich texture, with roasted spices becoming more pronounced. Adding a splash of water brings out stewed fruits and boiled candy, softening the spice. The finish is dry, leaving a lingering warmth.
