Old Particular Ardmore 15 Year Old 2006

Volume: 700ml / ABV: 48.4%

Distilled in 2006, the single malt whisky matured in the refilled barrel for over 15 years until independent bottler Douglas Laing filled the barrel down to just 158 ​​bottles. A wonderfully robust, spicy and lightly peated single malt from the Scottish Highlands.

Tasting Note

Nose

Strawberry jam on buttered toast paired with a pleasant sweetness of ripe barley and hints of tangy flavours.

Palate

Charred oak and damp  Foliage - smoky notes above all.

Finish

Slightly peaty with notes of orange blossom and candied ginger.
