Matured character from sherry casks forms the backbone, supported by malt and grain components to create depth, softness, and balance. Bottled at 45% ABV, it sits slightly fuller and more structured than standard blended whiskies.

Nose

Raisins, dried figs, brown sugar, and gentle cocoa with soft oak spice.

Palate

Smooth sherry sweetness, caramel, baked fruit, and toffee layered over a rounded malt base.

Finish

Warm and medium-long with sweet dried fruit, light chocolate bitterness, and soft oak fade.
