Mermaid Spiced Rum is crafted from sugar cane and molasses, and brought via the tides from Trinidad and the Dominican Republic. Aged between two and five years in oak bourbon whiskey barrels, the blend is then infused with local fruits and spices such as fresh white cherry, apricot, holy grass, black salt and vanilla for a smooth, sweet, yet complex flavour.
