The Kyoto Ki Noh Bi ex-Karuizawa Cask Dry Gin 6th Edition is a cask-aged version of the classic KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin. This particular edition has been matured in ex-Karuizawa Sherry Whisky Casks for over six months. The maturation process is carefully monitored by the distilling team to ensure an optimal balance between the botanical flavours and the influence of the wood. The final liquid is reviewed and adjusted using the distillery's six elements to maintain overall harmony before being diluted with Fushimi water.

The 6th edition of this incredible gin was released in September 2018 and was bottled exclusively for DFS spirits merchants at Changi Airport, Singapore.

Tasting Note

Nose

Warm oak and toasted caramel with a hint of vanilla.

Palate

Rich flavours of ripe stone fruit and nutty cereal.

Finish

Long and rounded with a balanced blend of botanical and wood influences.

The label of this edition continues the tradition of collaboration with the Kamiasobi Noh Troupe, featuring a Noh mask design.
