Upon opening, a bright fragrance rises — a blend of floral sweetness, light malt, and subtle citrus zest that feels like the first light of morning. The first sip reveals a delicate balance of smooth sweetness and warm grain, invigorating yet composed. By the third second, deeper notes of caramelized soy and roasted barley unfold, echoing the Rooster’s steady pride. Around the sixth second, the “Qu Xiang” aroma blooms to fullness — pure, refined, and luminous — leaving a graceful, lingering finish reminiscent of sunrise after mist.
