When the bottle is opened, a serene aroma flows forth — gentle floral notes mingle with the freshness of sweet grains and faint honey. The first sip brings a soothing smoothness, light and graceful, with a tender sweetness that caresses the palate. Around the third second, soft layers of fermented soy and toasted nuts unfold, creating a delicate depth without heaviness. By the sixth second, the “Qu Xiang” emerges gently and fully, leaving a lingering, silky finish — peaceful, elegant, and harmonious, just like the tranquil grace of the Goat.
