The Komagatake The Peninsula Tokyo 2019 is a special edition single malt whisky created exclusively for The Peninsula Tokyo hotel. This premium whisky is distilled at the Mars Shinshu distillery, located in the high-altitude region of Komagatake in Japan’s Southern and Central Alps. It is aged in American oak bourbon casks, which imparts a balanced sweetness and complex flavour profile.
