This rare single cask Highland malt was distilled at Clynelish Distillery in 1997 and matured for 18 years in a bourbon cask (#7107), before being bottled in 2016 by Kingsbury Wine & Spirit Co. Known for its distinctive waxy texture and coastal Highland character, this expression combines the distillery’s trademark mineral and citrus profile with the vanilla sweetness imparted by the American oak bourbon cask. Limited to the outturn of a single barrel, this release is highly collectible and a true showcase of Clynelish’s elegance.

Tasting Note

Nose
Bright citrus oils, beeswax, and mineral notes layered with vanilla cream and floral honey.

Palate
