Kanosuke Distillery Exclusive Bottle #002 is crafted from non-peated barleywine distilled in the distillery's unique three-pot still setup. The whisky is aged for approximately 1.5 years in bourbon barrels and then further matured for two years in Calvados casks, which are barrels previously used to age apple brandy. This dual maturation process imparts a distinctive character to the whisky, combining the rich, sweet notes from the bourbon barrels with the fruity, apple-infused flavours from the Calvados casks. Bottled at cask strength, this whisky offers an intense and unadulterated tasting experience.

Nose
