Kanosuke Distillery Exclusive Bottle #004 is crafted from non-peated malt and distilled in February 2018. The whisky is aged for approximately 4 years, first in re-charred American white oak casks and then finished in bourbon casks. This dual maturation process imparts a distinctive character to the whisky, combining the rich, sweet notes from the re-charred casks with the smooth, vanilla-infused flavours from the bourbon casks. Bottled at cask strength of 55% ABV, this whisky offers an intense and unadulterated tasting experience. The bottle is a limited edition, available exclusively at the distillery.
