“Jin Zuan Xijiu” represents a premium expression from the Xijiu brand, crafted in the heart of the Chishui River valley—one of China’s core zones for sauce-aroma baijiu. It utilises premium glutinous sorghum, carefully selected wheat and pure spring water, following the traditional solid-state fermentation approach. The formula draws on multiple years of cellar-matured base liquor to deliver a richly layered yet elegant flavour profile.

Tasting Note

Nose
Rich sauce-aroma opens with roasted grain and soy-bean cues, followed by subtle cereal sweetness and a gentle mineral breeze.

Palate
Smooth entry, mid-palate reveals toasted up-front sorghum, warming nutty tones and mellow bean pasta notes, balanced with clean drive and depth.

Finish
Long-lasting and dignified: the tail lingers with soft grain warmth, soft caramel undertones and persistent aroma in the empty glass.
