“Hong Hua Lang 15” is a premium sauce-aroma baijiu from the Langjiu distillery in China’s Sichuan region, crafted for connoisseurs and special occasions. The spirit is made from glutinous sorghum and selected wheat with mountain spring water, using traditional solid-state fermentation and high-grade ageing, with the main base aged for at least five years and a portion of extra aged spirit blended in.

Tasting Note

Nose
Rich and layered: roasted sorghum grain, soy-bean paste, gentle dried fruit sweetness and subtle mineral or sea-salt edge.

Palate
Smooth yet firm; mid-palate brings toasted cereal, bean-paste sweetness, hints of caramel and nutty warmth, balanced by clean drive and spice.

Finish
Long, dignified, lingering: roasted grain and bean-paste echoes, a soft caramelised sweetness, and enduring aroma that remains in the empty glass.
