Completing this two-part series, which also included Highland Park Ice Edition, is the Highland Park Fire Edition! Celebrating Muspelheim, the glowing Norse fire realm of destruction, this 15 year old single malt was matured in refill Port casks before being bottled at 45.2% abv. It's presented in a cradle shaped like a mountain or is it a volcano.

Tasting Note

Nose

This doesn’t shout at you, instead the smoke is discreet backed up with some tasteful saline and red cherry notes.

Palate

All about elegance, some delicate wood smoke with fresh orange fruity notes and some caramel.

Finish

Long and gently smoky.
