Noces de Perle, is a harmonious blend of ten different Cognac’s from the highly sought after Grande Champagne region. Containing a blend of eaux-de-vie aged 30, 50, 60 years and more the times of the past are effortlessly bought into the present with this expert craft. Aged for a minimum of 30 years in Limousin oak casks, Hardy’s reputation of undeniable expertise is evident within every drop of this production. 

Tasting Note

Nose

Distinctive and powerful raisin notes to begin, followed by the lighter aroma of dried meadow flowers to finish.

Palate

A delicately peppery onset, with underlying tones of leather. Sweetness to finish, with hints of vanilla.
