Tasting Notes

Nose

Rich raisins, dates, figs, dark cherries, espresso and polished oak with hints of sweet spice.

Palate

Velvety layers of treacle, dried fruits, dark chocolate, roasted coffee, cinnamon and nutmeg, balanced by rich sherry sweetness.

Finish

Long, luxurious and warming, with lingering notes of cocoa, oak spice, dried fruits and sweet Pedro Ximénez influence.
