Under the expertise of master distiller Billy Walker, an innovative selection of the finest casks including Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons, virgin oak casks, and red wine barriques combine to create an impressively fruit-rich sipper.

Tasting Note

Nose

Spiced fruit loaf with sweet cinnamon, a smidge of ginger, and juicy raisins. A touch of nutty malt balances floral honey.

Palate

Rich, dark muscovado sugar, more dried fruits with sultanas, and dates dusted with fragrant baking spice.

Finish

Maple syrup, roasted almonds, a touch of menthol rests beneath, with earthy coffee and cocoa.
