Volume 700ml / ABV 57.8%
This 12 year old single malt was distilled on 25 April 2011 and matured in an Oloroso puncheon cask #927. It was bottled in May 2023 as part of a limited release to celebrate the Year of the Dragon. Only 680 bottles were produced. Non-chill filtered and natural colour.
Tasting Note
Nose
Mocha, orange, butterscotch, ginger.
Palate
Toffee, dried fruits, cinnamon, dark chocolate.
Finish
Long, warming, rich sherry sweetness.
