Another top-notch offering from Foursquare. This 14-year-old rum is the nineteenth release in the Exceptional Cask Series. It has undergone a particularly complex maturation - a three-year-old ex-bourbon cask mature rum was filled into refill sherry casks where it remained for eleven years. It was then blended with a fourteen-year-old ex-bourbon cask matured rum to create this delicious expression. The rum has been bottled at an eye-watering 62% abv.

Expect aromas of dried fruit, butterscotch, and stewed plums on the nose. The palate is vibrant with rose water, walnut whip, and blackberry jam. The finish is long and warm, with notes of green tea appearing at the close.
