Aged for 16 years in a single refill sherry hogshead, just 256 bottles were drawn from the cask. Presented at a cask strength of 57.4% abv.

Fruitcake aromas infuse with sweet raspberry and strawberry. Sweet, smooth orange zest flavours join with sultanas and chopped walnut, before a full finish of lingering spice and subtle aniseed.
