Tasting Note

Nose

Pure coastal freshness, pristinely chiselled peat, seashore notes, seawater, citrus juices and brine.

Palate

Gentle intertwining notes of tar, seawater, green olives, capers and smoked olive oil, with some waxes, seaweed crackers and bone-dry peat smoke.

Finish

Long, gently ashy, with beautiful mineral salts, lemon rinds and black olive notes lingering.
