The region experiences mild winters and warm summers, with diverse soils and slopes contributing to the wine's complexity. The significant temperature variation between day and night enhances the development of fine, intense aromas.

Tasting Note

Nose

Typical and refined with fruity (green apples, pear, citrus fruits) and floral (white flowers, acacia, wisteria and lily of the valley) notes, sage and spices in the finish.

Palate

Soft, harmonious and elegant, with a slim body and with lively yet balanced acidity.
