Tasting Note

Nose

Sea salt, black fruit, dark chocolate, candied orange peel, and ashy smoke.

Palate

Stewed plums, smoked spices, cinder toffee, Christmas cake, and oak char.

Finish

Sweet and sherried and a little tarry.
