An old Ballantine's 21-year-old blended Scotch in a navy blue ceramic decanter by Wade porcelain. This was most likely released in the 1990s or early Noughties, so the whiskies used would have been distilled in the 1970s and/or early 1980s.

Ballantine's 21-year-old is one of the greatest historic blended whisky brands, long known for high quality thanks to a high proportion of single malt whisky in the mix, and famous for using an enormous number of different whiskies in their blend recipes. This will be a delightful drop.
