Big wood, fresh coastal notes, sweet wood (cedar and oak), salty squash court, choc ice with strawberry sauce, hint of balsamic, rocks, and wood. Sweet smells like toffee, caramel, fudge, chocolate, and sweet gingerbread. Water brings out more cedar wood.

Palate

Intense and hot initially, requiring water to mellow. Citrus notes are prominent, with a balance of unpeated and peated malt flavors. The whisky has a strong, peppery, and intense flavor profile with red fruits, berries, and chocolate.
