Antiquary 21 Year Old

Volume: 700ml / ABV: 40%

A beautifully presented premium blended Scotch from the Antiquary range, bottled by Tomatin distillery. Known as the “Gold Box,” this blend combines Highland and Speyside malts, a touch of peated spirit from the island of Island, and grain whisky from the Lowlands. Matured for 21 years, this extended cask aging imparts a dry oak finish and enhances the citrus notes on the nose.

Tasting Note

Nose

The nose of this whisky opens with soft peat, earth, a little ginger, some stone fruit and warm hay.

Palate

The palate is rich with currants and red fruit, with a well-rounded, creamy mouthfeel, caramel, honey and some drying, dusty oak.

Finish

The finish is long, slightly smoky and spicy, and moreish.
