AnCnoc Peated Sherry

A limited-edition single malt from AnCnoc that combines peated malt with an ex-sherry cask finish. The sherry cask maturation adds sweet layers of toffee apples and honey, complementing the smoky peat at its core.

Tasting Note

Nose

Honeyed fruit, charred pineapple, chewy toffee and powdered cinnamon, with bonfire embers in tow.

Palate

Crunchy, sweet toffee apples, rich baking spices, sweet smoke and oaken vanilla.

Finish

Charred oak and peat smoke linger, with burnt sugar and vanilla.
