This expression is lightly peated and matured in a Virgin Mizunara Puncheon #10254, highlighting the influence of fresh Japanese oak combined with a subtle smoke layer.

The Mizunara cask brings aromatic spice, sandalwood, and incense-like complexity, while the light peat adds gentle smoke without overpowering the spirit. Shindo’s signature milky, fatty new-make character remains present underneath, giving a creamy and slightly toffee-like base.
